Empowering local action
Created in 2012, our VolunteerIn programme inspires people to give back to communities through mentoring, training and contribution to sustainability initiatives from local partners. By supporting them, we amplify the power of responsible citizenship and sustainable community.
Between 2021 and 2023, 100% of our countries and clusters adopted and drove over 200 local initiatives to impact their local communities and environment, enabling employees and partners to make sustainability a reality for all.
Our unique multi-hub set-up decentralises our decision-making and talent development in line with our commitment to create equal opportunities for all, everywhere. It also allows us to enhance customer outcomes with diversity and creativity.
