Can the ATV312 with 3-phase input be powered up with 120 Vac, single phase for programming only?

Can the ATV312 be powered up with 120 Vac single phase for programming only?

Cause:
Need to power up the electronics of the drive for programming

Resolution:
If the ATV312 is rated for 230Vac input, you may be able to program with 120V supply power. For the 480V and 575V rated drives, 120VAC is too low for the drive to power up the control portion.
The Mulitloader is an option for programming the ATV312 without line power.
