Cause:
The service interval can be configured through Generator->Service->Configure.
The selections are “Disable-500hrs” (in 100hr increments), or Disable-1, 2, 3, 6 months or Yearly.

Resolution:
APC by Schneider Electric recommends having preventative maintenance performed every 6 months or 200 run hours which ever come first.
