Transferring authorization from computer to disk returns 'COMPNO NOT FOUND' error.

Windows XP Professional, ProWORX 32

Resolution
If you try to transfer the authorization using the option ' transfer authorization from computer to disk', the ' 'COMPNO NOT FOUND' error could get returned.


The error can be ignored.  If you click on OK and then click on Next, it will show that the authorization is already moved to the disk.
  • Click on 'NO'.
  • Click on Cancel.
  • Restart ProWORX 32.
