How do I configure auto-login when launching to APC devices within the StruxureWare Data Center Expert desktop client?

Cause:
Double clicking on an APC device (NMC) in StruxureWare DCE launches a browser window to that device automatically logging in if configured correctly.

Resolution:



1) Open the DCE desktop client and navigate to: Monitoring perspective > Device View pane.
2) Right-click on an APC device and select Device Launch settings. Use Ctrl+click or Shift+click to select multiple devices at once.
3) Ensure that the correct protocol, port, username, and password are defined for accessing the devices web interface.  Select OK.
4) Double-click on the device, or right-click and select Launch to Device, and the web interface of the device should load and automatically log in.
