Resolution
The supervisor user in PME can be changed with the following process.
  1. Open Control Panel
  2. Select "Uninstall Program" or "Programs and features" depending on the view in Control Panel
  3. Select Power Monitoring Expert and click the "Change" button or right-click on Power Monitoring Expert and select "Change" from the options
  4. Click on "Reset Accounts"
  5. On the Supervisor Account page select Change Password and enter the desired passwordReset account
  6. After the password is entered, select next for the rest of the steps to allow the change to be made unless the Windows or SQL Accounts(FA407784) need to be reset in the following steps
