PME9.0 - PM8000 vista diagrams not fully translated into Chinese

Issue/Cause
Some of the labels are not fully translated to Chinese for the PM8000 default diagrams in Vista.

Resolution
The workaround is to manually change the meter default diagrams (located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\Power Monitoring Expert\config\diagrams\ud\default) to display the proper language.

This has been fixed in PME 2020.
