The solution includes high-accuracy wireless temperature sensors, humidity sensors, and IAQ sensors monitoring ventilation and air pollution with CO2, TVOC and PM1/2.5/4/10. High-precision room and desk occupancy sensors detect the presence in the space based on motion sensing.

Real-time data and recommendations

These integrated wireless IoT sensors provide access to building management data in real-time in terms of occupancy and space management. Sensors can help identify when spaces are being used, and which areas in the building are overused or underused. Accordingly, recommendations can be made for redesigning and optimizing space utilization, as well as negotiating building leases.
