Schneider Electric Cool Upgrade Service offers a unique features’ set for those Customers who desire factory warranty parts and a parts-only extended warranty, plus factory re-commissioning service during the first three years of ownership. During the second and third years of ownership, the Cool Upgrade Service provides a seamless extension of the parts-only factory warranty. Factory labor is not included during the term of the parts-only extended warranty but may be quoted at current labor rates. Additionally, the Cool Upgrade Service includes three annual factory re-commissioning service visits providing a comprehensive visual, environmental, and operational inspection of the system to help ensure that components are performing to defined technical and environmental specifications. Replacement of consumable parts (return air filters and humidifier cylinders, when applicable) is included with this service. The standard service scheduling for factory re-commissioning is 8/5 and may be upgraded to 24/7, which allows scheduling outside normal business hours, including weekends and holidays. This service can only be purchased concurrently with the sale of the cooling product.
