Wie wird die Verlustleistung Pv beim Halbleiterrelais SSM berechnet?

Die Verlustleistung der Halbleiterrelais wird mit folgender Formel berechnet:

Pv = IL x Uf
Pv = Verlustleistung
IL = Iload = Laststrom
Uf = Spannungsabfall am Relais

Beispiel:
Halbleiterrelais SSM1A120BD
IL = 20 A
Uf = 1,6 V
Pv = 20 A x 1,6 V = 33 W
