C-Bus OPC Server and Release Notes

The C-Bus OPC Server provides an interface between third party software (OPC Clients) and a C-Bus System. The C-Bus OPC Server acts as a gateway for transmitting C-Bus lighting type application information between third party building management systems (such as Honeywell, Johnson, etc.) or Process Control Presentation (SCADA) systems and a C-Bus system. A C-Bus OPC Server USB dongle must be purchased to unlock the software from an evaluation version to a full working version. Alternatively, the C-Bus OPC Server is able to recognise licenses manufactured by CITECT (currently only product versions based on the CITECT SCADA Version 7 platform and later are supported).
