This Hotfix solves this issue: The following dialog box appears when simulator is started: "Error allocating PAT memory space" (it occurs using Windows 10 version 1709 and later versions) and the simulator does not start. This Hot fix can be installed on Unity Pro V12 XL, L and S packages.
