Need relay that counts motor cycles and engages relay once a specific number of cycles has been achieved

Resolution:
Use the SR2 Smart Relay.  Zeliosoft software, V4.5 is available on line at no charge.  You can write a program with counter that will count inputs and once a count is reached turn on an output.
