What is the 1 phase 3 phase rating on the circuit breaker label?

Resolution:
The single phase - three phase rating is specifically for the Grounded B Phase (Corner Grounded Delta) system.
See the below example for a 240 Vac corner grounded system, and ratings for 2p and 3p QD breakers



Notes:

• A 2p breaker with the special 1Ø-3Ø marking may be used on a 3Ø 240 Vac system.
• A 480 Vac corner grounded system requires a 3p breaker.
• A 3p breaker may be used on a 240 Vac or 480 Vac corner grounded system without special marking
