Video: My TeSys T, with a handheld controller, has 95-96 open but there is not a fault - what could cause this?
Issue:
My TeSys T, LTMR, with a handheld controller, LTMCU, has 95-96 open but there is not a fault - what could cause this?
Product Line:
All Schneider Electric products
Environment:
Products sold and used in the United States
Cause:
The handheld LTMCU unit is config mode instead of ready.
Resolution:
Most frequently this is caused by the handheld device being in "Config mode" if you look in the top right hand corner of the LTMCU and see a "C" then your device is in config mode and will not allow the motor to run.
To exit config mode go to the menu by hitting the right hand white dot underneath the "Home" icon. From here you will use the left hand down squiggle underneath the down arrow on the screen to scroll down until "services" is highlighted. Now use the center dot underneath "OK" to select this menu, again use the left squiggle to scroll down until "config" is highlighted and click "OK". You should now see "end config" highlighted on the screen click "OK" then scroll down to yes and click "OK" again. Now if you look in the right hand corner of your screen it should be blank; if you use the right hand white dot to click underneath what should now be an eye symbol you will exit the menu and in the top right hand corner of the screen you should see "RDY" indicating that the TeSys T is now in the ready state.
