What would be a reason to adjust the analog input bias or analog input gain on an ATV212 Drive?
Issue:
Bias and gain adjustment on ATV212

Product Line:
ATV212

Environment:
All models and serial numbers

Cause:
None

Resolution:
One reason for changing the analog input bias and gain is that the speed reference signals may not be linear.
Example: If the drive is being sent a speed reference of 4mA signal with low speed (LL) at 0 hz but the drive runs above 0 hz. parameter F470 can be adjusted down so that the drive runs at 0 hz.  Or, on the upper end of the 4-20mA scale if the drive is being sent 20mA and the frequency only goes to 59 hz parameter F471 can be adjusted up to that the speed reaches 60 hz.
