Resolution

Please follow the steps below to change the password of an existing user:

Press "User Login"
Log in with the user name and existing password
Press Change Password
Enter the new password
- The password must be between 6 and 32 characters with any combination of letters or numbers. Passwords are case sensitive.
Re-enter the new password in the "Confirm" field
Press "Change Password"
Keep password in a secure location so it is not lost
