What type of Surge Protection Device modules are used in the Model 6 Low Voltage Motor Control Center

The Surgelogic SPD utilized in the M6 LVMCC uses the MA series modules. The replacement modules can be ordered via the part numbers listed in the Digest 178-page 6-5 Table: 6.4 MA Replacement Modules. Most common modules for M6 LVMCCs are 208/120, 480/277 & 600/347 Vac 4-Wire Wye Systems. The same module is used for 3-Wire Solidly Grounded Wye systems. Refer to the electrical control schematics in the MCC drawing package for instructions regarding the Neutral termination on the SPD.
Note: Other voltage configurations are available (HRG, delta, high leg delta), ensure the MCC drawings are referenced for proper selection of the System Voltage and the Peak Surge Current rating to match the existing modules. If there are questions, please contact a local Schneider Electric authorized distributor or Schneider Electric Customer Care Center. For corner grounded delta system, being a special feature, this system must be requested through a Special price, please contact your local Schneider Electric Sales Office.
