Since that, we recommend two solutions below and then check whether customer still can see the issue:
1> Remove the Hybird DCS 2018 totally and reinstall.
2> Please try to start the RatSrv.exe which located in the below path.
“C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Schneider Electric Shared\RAT”
3> Run the RatSrv.exe in the installation package.
"C:\Softwares&Tools\HDCS2019 Iso\Common\Schneider Electric Shared\RAT"
2> Please try to start the RatSrv.exe which located in the below path.
“C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Schneider Electric Shared\RAT”
3> Run the RatSrv.exe in the installation package.
"C:\Softwares&Tools\HDCS2019 Iso\Common\Schneider Electric Shared\RAT"
