PCSS (PowerChute Serial Shutdown) Installation with PCBE or PCPE Installed

What happens when I install PCSS on my computer with PCPE/PCBE still installed?
Product Line:
All Back-UPS models are supported except models with the BP, BF, BG, and BC prefixes. Smart-UPS models with prefix SMT, SMX, SURTD, SRT, SMTL, SCL, SMC, and SRTL
including models SRC2KUXI, SRC3KUXI, and SRC3KUXIX709
Cause:
Before PCSS is installed on your computer, any existing PCPE/PCBE should be uninstalled. If you are not very techy enough to un install these application, software developers made it easy for you.
Resolution:
PCSS setup automatically detects, PCPE. Clicking "yes" will proceed the uninstallation of existing application.
