How do I find my IP address using the arp command?

To do so, you need to open a Command Prompt window and enter the command “arp -a”. That way you will get all of the IP addresses that are active on your network. You will get a list with the physical address, which is the MAC address and the corresponding IP address.

ARP Commands
  1. arp -a: This command is used to display the ARP table for a particular IP address. It also shows all the entries of the ARP cache or table.
  2. arp -g: This command works the same as the arp -a command.
  3. arp -d: This command is used when you want to delete an entry from the ARP table for a particular interface.
