%MW49..53 seem to be in UTC, how can I get the local time ?

In M580, the words %MW49..53 are in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time), and not in local time.

If local time is needed, use the function RRTC_DT
(note that RRTC_DT_MS is also in UTC time)
