The customer could not find the MAC address of the PM8000 or ION7400 meter.
Resolution
Media Access Control Address (MAC address or MAC ID) is a unique identifier assigned to all network interfaces.

Resolution
Media Access Control Address (MAC address or MAC ID) is a unique identifier assigned to all network interfaces.
From the meter front panel:
- Press on the button with the "HOME" icon
- Use "Up" or "Down" soft key to scroll until the "Communication Setup" is highlighted on the screen
- Press the soft key under the "Check mark" on the far right
- Press the soft key corresponding to the "Arrow down"
- Read the "MAC Address" that appears on the screen.
