Need to create a local account that PowerChute will use to communicate with VMware ESXi hosts and vCenter Server.

Product:
PowerChute Network Shutdown v4.4, and 5.x

Environment:
VMware ESXi  7.0.x, and 8.x
VMware vCenter Server Appliance 7.0.x, and 8.x

Solution:
