Sepam 40: ANSI 50N/51N Ground or Earth Fault protection. Can I change the percentage threshold for the H2 (Harmonic 2) restraint?
No.  For the Sepam 40 ANSI 50N/51N protection function, the Harmonic 2 or H2 restraint percentage threshold is fixed at 20% plus or minus 5%.

This value has been set in the firmware and is based on simulations and studies of real events in power systems.

If you have a power system containing transformers with lower levels of the 2nd harmonic during energization, please contact Schneider Electric Technical Support for other solutions.
