Why is the EBX510 not able to connect to the ethernet network 1 from the PC?

Specific question: EBX510 Unable to connect to ethernet network 1 from PC

Reference/Material: EBX510

Test/Comments: Ethernet port 1:192.168.0.60 (configured by client) Ethernet port 2: 10.25.1.1 (default)

Client PC: Not known.

Power Led: Fixed Orange

As long as the Power LED is not solid green it will not be able to connect, it needs to wait for it to turn green

In my case I have to change my PC IP address from 10.214.17.70 to an address in the range 192.168.0.XX, e.g. 192.168.0.59:
