The protection is ensured as long as ready LED is blinking once per second as in the video, so that is OK. (The said video could not be added to this FAQ.)
I think probably the Micrologic does not have external power supply 24 VDC and the load through the breaker is not so high and is changing. This means micrologic is not getting enough power to boot up properly and is constantly rebooting. I can suggest to connect from the laptop to the mini USB port on Micrologic and see if the display starts up properly.
If yes, then the solution would be to provide external 24 VDC to the breaker terminals or to install the VPS module.
