Environment:
This error usually occurs when the user is trying to transfer the authorization from one PC to another.

Possible Causes:

1/  This error is sometimes seen when transferring authorizations between an older and a newer version of Unity Pro.

2/  The problem could be an incompatible USB stick.

3/  Is the USB stick write protected?

4/  Is the version of the USB compatible with the USB drive?
