What information should be provided while contacting support for an Ecodial Advance Calculation issue?

Please  provide the following while contacting support :
1. Project file (.eac file ).
2.Langauge and version numbers

3. Snapshot/Image indicating the issue wherever applicable.
4. A correct description of the issue.
5. Any other relevant documentation that will help explain the issue.
