Issue
Cannot log into Vista using the "View Only" option.
It gives an error message:

Cause
For security reasons, using "View Only" button to log into Vista no longer works and will cause an error message to display.
Resolution
It is recommended to log into the Diagrams Web Application with an Observer-level user instead.
