Error ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH on EBX510 - How to Fix a Communication Fault?

This error is fixed after updating the COMX510 or EBX510 to its latest firmware version.

Note: It is recommended that you back up the COMX510 or EBX510 configuration in the Maintenance menu>System Configuration prior to the firmware upgrade.

A copy of the COMX510 or EBX510 configuration can be made using a USB device, as the procedure in the user manual indicates. (page 114 in the said manual)

In case of problems when updating the gateway through any browser due to lack of access, the firmware can be updated via USB device along with the firmware file. (page 117 in the said manual)
