Issue

Seeing this error when installing.

Resolution

1. Shorten the PC name to less than 15 characters
2. Restart the PC
3. Re-install EcoStruxure Control Expert v15.3
4. Insure you can launch EcoStruxure Control Expert v15.3 Classic or Topology Manager
5. Change the PC name back to its original length
6. Restart the PC
7. Insure you can launch EcoStruxure Control Expert v15.3 Classic or Topology Manager
