When ViewX crashes, it generates, by default, a dump file, which is needed when investigating for the root cause of the crash. In rare cases, a customer may be requested by the Technical Support team to generate a full ViewX dump file. This article describes how to enable this type of dump file.
Exception settings for client applications are set in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Schneider Electric\ClearSCADA\Exceptions registry key. Set "DumpType" to 7.
