Cause:
If you see "PowerChute has stopped working" on Windows Vista or Windows 7

the reason is missing Arial font/s on your system. To check to see if Arial.ttf and or Arialbd.ttf are missing look in C:\Windows\Fonts\Arial

Solution:

If they are missing you can load the Arial fonts - font family from you system CD, system back-up drive, or back-up CD. You may also download the fonts from Microsoft.com
