Resolution:
Variable Frequency Drives make special system design characteristics an important consideration in selecting Transformers. SquareD/Schneider Electric`s Drive Isolation Transformers (HDIT's) allow for high inrush current, offset current and harmonics and help to lessen transient generation into the supply power and act as a buffer for SCR surges.
