stranded cable w/o cable end : One or Two # 14-6 AWG per terminal.
stranded cable w/cable end: One # 18-3/0 AWG per terminal, or two #14-#2 AWG per terminal.
solid cable: One #14-8 AWG or two # 10-8 AWG per terminal.
