Can a 6.0P or 6.0H trip unit be used for ground fault alarm only, without tripping?

No, the Micrologic 6.0P and 6.0H trip units cannot be used for ground fault alarm only. These trip units have both ground fault alarm AND trip.
If a breaker is required with ground fault alarm only, then use the Micrologic 5.0P or 5.0H trip unit.
