What does a DC46_86 error code indicate when loading the Zeliosoft software to a SR2 or SR3 relay?

Resolution:
DC46_86 error appears when Zeliosoft cannot access COM port :
- When COM port is currently used by another application
- When COM port was previously opened but not closed; for example after software crash.
To remedy this issue, it is necessary to check if no other application is using COM1 while Zeliosoft is trying to connect. If it is not the case, it will be necessary to reboot computer in order to force COM port release.
