The DF suffix on certain QO and HOM breakers indicate they are "dual function" breakers, meaning they include arc fault protection (AFCI) and 5 mA ground fault people protection (GFCI) in one breaker. So DF dual function breakers combines CAFI and GFI technology into one breaker.
