Resolution
It is strongly recommended to upgrade the firmware to the recommended levels to rule out any potential issues. Below are minimum firmware requirements that SPM/PME will support.

NOTE: SPM can still support older firmware versions. However, some registers might be supported on those versions; and thus they may cause “n/a” or nonexistent measurement displays.
CM2 OS firmware version 14 (and older) has a Y2K issue that affects correct operation in the software. You should upgrade to the latest version.
Vista diagrams may not open correctly if older firmware versions are used. Contact Technical Support for assistance.
