A Schneider firmware downloader was developed as an easy method to upgrade the meters.

Resolution
As of 9/28/2018, the latest firmware  is V2.05 Build 1217. This firmware is relevant for both the EM4800 and E4800.

A Schneider firmware downloader was developed as an easy method to upgrade the meters. Below you can find the firmware file, the Schneider firmware loader. The tool does not require installation. It can run simply by unpacking the ".zip into a folder of your choice. Also attached is a very brief and preliminary version of an instruction document (Schneider_firmware_Loader.pdf).

Warning: The firmware utilities listed here can cause permanent damage to your product if applied incorrectly. Before downloading any firmware updates, verify the firmware you are downloading is appropriate for the specific model number of your product. If you have any doubts, contact Technical Support for guidance.

*Warning: Be sure all other software, is not connected to the meter.*

NOTE: A firmware upgrade will reset the energy readings for all the circuits.
