What effect, if any, do the magnetic panels of the Vertical Exhaust Duct Kits have on high speed network cables?

Issue:
The NetShelter SX Vertical Exhaust Duct Kits include magnetic panels.

Product Line:
NetShelter Vertical Exhaust Duct Kits

Environment:
AR7751, AR7752, AR7753, AR7754

Cause:
Strong magnetic fields can interfere with high speed network cables.

Resolution:
TIA Cat 6A Channel Tests were performed on the cross connect area of the channel, the area critical to exposure.
Baseline readings without the magnetic panels were performed.
Magnetic panels were then introduced and the tests were performed again.
Cat 6A UTP patch cables were placed directly on the magnetic panels and tested.
Cat 6A F/UTP patch cables were placed directly on the magnetic panels and tested.
Cat 6A UTP cables were installed into a NetShelter SX cabinet and tested.
Cat 6A F/UTP cables were installed into a NetShelter SX cabinet and tested.
In each instance no significant difference was noted in transition performance as a result of exposure to the magnetic strips as compared to the baseline data.
In each instance (baseline, and with magnetic panels introduced) the test bed passed TIA Cat 6A Channel test.
