In general most Square D equipment carries a seismic rating, however each geographic location has unique seismic requirements. To confirm that a specific piece of equipment carries the appropriate seismic rating for its' installation location you should use have the local field office use the Seismic Certificate generator to print off a preliminary document outlining the rating of your specific product.

In order to utilize this tool you must provide information regarding the type of electrical equipment, and the location of the equipment installation ("above grade" or "grade level and below") and the jobsite address.  Address information can be as general as State or Province, or as specific as Latitude/Longitude. The more specific  the location the more accurate the information we can supply.
