EEM, PME, and SPM are compatible with TLS. It will work natively with Windows Server 2008 R2 but Windows Server 2012 will require a patch to be installed for TLS 1.2 compatibility (KB2992611 - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2992611).
