Can you install 3 pole branch (feeder) breakers in a 3 phase MPZ and MPZB Mini Power Zone?

Yes they can use 3 pole breakers in both the MPZ and MPZB Mini Power Zones. There is some published misinformation that just states 1 or 2 poles
but all three phase MPZ and MPZB  accept 3 pole breakers.
