Surge count is high and want to monitor number of surge occurrences or life of the Surgelogic surge protection device.

Cause:
The surge counter has a high surge count and customer wants to reset counter to 0.
Resolution:
To reset the surge counter, remove all power and press the small switch located inside the unit on the underside of the diagnostic circuit board near the diagnostic display connectors. Press and hold down the white button for 3 seconds the surge counter will be reset back to 0.
