VS-8223-596-5-12 = MS61-7203 (Proportional) / MF61-7203 (Floating) / Linkage NOT Req'd

**NOTE**
Proportional actuators are available as an assembly, but Floating actuators should
be purchased separately, with the valve and linkage kit.
