Cause:
Battery voltage is below nominal settings.
Resolution:
New Installation:
- The default configuration for the charge controller is a 48 V battery bank, if you're using a 24 V battery you'll have to change the Battery configuration. To do this go to Advanced Settings > Charger Settings > and change battery Voltage (last parameter) to 24V.
Existing system:
- The batteries are dead or undercharged. If necessary, replace them with new batteries, or use a device capable of performing dead battery charging.
