Cause
The newer iEM34xx and iEM35xx meters provide demand values

Resolution

Demand readings are available in the iEM34xx and iEM35xx models from the below firmware versions. iEM34xx and iEM35xx models with older firmware versions cannot be upgraded.
  1. iEM34x5 - V1.2.003 and higher
  2. iEM35x5 - V1.1.001 and higher
  3. iEM3465 and iEM3565 - BACnet V2.4 and higher

In a nonvolatile memory, the power meter maintains a maximum operating demand value called peak demand. The peak is the highest value (absolute value) for each of these readings since the last reset.
