Issue
The configured Ip address of the BMENOC needs to be changed without stopping the process.

Resolution
Since Unity Pro V12 there is a block called HSBY_BUILD_OFFLINE that can be used to add DTM devices to an NOC offline without interrupting the process. However, it does not allow the IP Address of the NOC to be changed. In order to change the IP Addresses you will need to stop the process and transfer.
In essence, the only changes that can be done using this block without interrupting are:
1) adding DTM devices, and
2) making logic modifications
No hardware or network configuration changes (including IP Address changes) are allowed.
If the change requires a 'Rebuild All Project', then it is not supported by the HSBY_BUILD_OFFLINE block.
